Garry Jaffrey – Director
Garry has been dealing with incorporated communities for more than 15 years and has had numerous roles from Board member, Director, Chairperson and Supervisory roles.
Garry is a member of the Palyku tribe in the Pilbara region, and has connecting ties throughout neighbouring skin groups from Nullagine to Roebourne. Garry believes that with the right tools, teaching and help, a person can strive to reach their goals whatever their background and upbringing. Garry has supported many indigenous people in his life, and has great family values that has helped him accomplish and overcome many challenges.
With over 10 years experience operating successful businesses, mentoring and assisting group training organizations, developing Aboriginal and non-Indigenous Australians, Garry has a well enviable reputation within the industry. He has assisted and worked with many stakeholders ranging from local businesses to state government and corporate organizations.

Terry Collier - General Manager
Terry has over 25 years’ experience in managing and developing businesses:
- Over 25 years experience in the HR, Recruitment consultancy and Talent management fields.
- Expertise in MSP, Neutral Vendor Management, Master vendor and Outsourced services.
- Coach, Mentor, Workplace Assesor/Trainer and Business improvement specialist.
- Good understanding of Indigenous culture and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Extensive Operational management, planning & development experience – multi sector environment.
- Attained many Business excellence awards both on a regional and State level.
- Previously a Board member of the Peel Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Peel Tourism Committee.

Louise Wray – Human Resources Manager
Louise brings over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management and Operational Leadership within internal and external labour hire and recruitment environments.
Louise is recognised for her people-centered approach to Human Resources, placing strong emphasis on employee care, engagement, and wellbeing while maintaining robust compliance, governance, and performance frameworks. Through her hands-on leadership and strong commercial acumen, Louise leads our people and recruitment services delivering practical, value-driven outcomes that support organisational performance and long-term client partnerships.

Jessica Jackson - Business Development & Aboriginal Engagement Manager
Jessica is a proud Menang Noongar woman with family roots in Albany, bringing a combination of commercial capability and a people-centred, outcomes-driven approach to her role. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance), she has a background spanning business operations, stakeholder coordination, human resources, and program delivery. Jessica has engaged across government, not-for-profit, commercial, and small business sectors to support practical and collaborative outcomes. Her identity and heritage sit at the core of how she engages with others — with openness, respect, curiosity, and genuine care for people and community. She is passionate about working alongside Indigenous people, communities, and organisations in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and grounded, while achieving meaningful impact and strong commercial outcomes.

Inge Sletering – Recruitment Manager
Inge Sletering is a highly skilled recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end hiring across the mining, construction, and engineering industries. She has led high-volume recruitment drives for a wide range of roles. She has successfully managed high-volume recruitment teams, streamlined onboarding processes, and overseen full workforce mobilisations for major projects and clients. Known for her efficiency and adaptability, Inge thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers top talent to major projects across Western Australia.
